CycleThe Suffolk Bicycle Riders Association is Long Island's largest cycling club. Organized in 1977, we are a club made up of all ages and cycling abilities. Active members enjoy riding together year round in a relaxed and friendly group atmosphere. Our rides range from short, easy trips for beginners, to moderately-paced tours with snack breaks, to fast, challenging rides for the more competitive minded. Volunteer club members organize group rides, leaving from various locations throughout Mid-Suffolk and the East End. Their routes provide us a wonderful variety of places to tour and explore.

SBRA promotes cycling of all abilities for health, fitness and fun. Come ride with SBRA.

    An Important Message from SBRA

    To our valued members,

As the President of SBRA, I have asked the board to vote on suspending rides until the end of March and longer if that is what needs to be done to protect our members from the possible spreading of the Covid-19 virus.
The board has voted yes to suspend rides at this time.

We are all adults and can make decisions for ourselves, however the club will not encourage group riding which puts you and others at risk of getting or passing on the virus. This decision was not made lightly and I feel like we have made the intelligent decision for our members safety.

We will update the website as more information becomes available.

SBRA Tech Pro Short Sleeve Jersey (2019-2020) - NOW CLOSED

Front View of Jersey Back View of Jersey

SBRA Tech Pro Short Sleeve Jersey
(Ride Leader, Sweep & Member options)

The Tech Pro Jersey performs in all conditions, no matter what the road throws at you. This jersey benefits heavily from the CS Tech™ fabric used for its construction. Not only does it have a 50+ SPF protection built in, its soft dimple weave fabric provides wicking and moisture management by design. So whether it’s used with just a base layer on top, or layered up internally during the colder months, this jersey could become your new favourite – for all your riding all year round.

On the back are three storage pockets, with slash side pockets to allow for easy access and a zippered, water resistent gear pocket. The jersey also has a soft, tapered collar making the jersey more comfortable to wear.
