     For those of you recovering from an injury, like myself  I will take a slower gentler meander through Bellport  to Bayport and back.   I will average  between 12-13 with a max speed between 13-15 to get the average. So come join me.   No one will be dropped and I will wait-up for anyone who falls behind.
