    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Beginner hill training.  A very scenic route.  Due to the many turns/dead ends, and rolling hills plus real hills this will be a C+/B- but with a B- effort.  

    Please park at the back left hand side of the car park.  The library is not open until 9:30 so no bathrooms will be available until we have explored Strongs Neck, if necessary we can have a quick stop at the library to use it's facilities.  

    After that we go out to the lighthouse, visit the hills of Cranes neck and then go to West Meadow beach.  There will be a break at the lighthouse  - maybe bathrooms at the beach but I'm not sure.  The hills of Cranes neck are optional but they will make you stronger!
