    M.O.M. Is a B+/A- ride. Cruise at 19-23,  Avg:19-20. If you want to ride above these parameters, please do not attend this ride. Steady paces, depending on the terrain and the wind. Berman Blvd southbound and northbound (through Grumman) and route 24 eastbound and westbound are sections for going for Personal Records if you want.  The rest of the ride will be steady B+/A-.
