    I fancy a trip out east!  

    Park in the east parking area, just past the little station cafe (not opposite the cafe - leave that for them!)  Possibility of lunch in the cafe after the ride.  

    It will be an upper end B- ride, depending on the weather and who turns up.  Can go slower if need be.

    Head out along dune road and stop at a deli in East Quogue for coffee.  Returning past Quogue wildlife and West Hampton beach.  One gently climb followed by a great downhill, the rest is more or less flat.
