    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 
    DELAYED TILL 9:30
    Going to Great River. Just a little slower and a mile shorter than Howard. I would like to come in between 14.5 and 14.9 mph +/- a tad.  In order to get this average we will be doing road speeds between 14.5 and 16 mph. Expect down hills and wind at your back to be faster. We will take a break at the bagel shop about mile 14. Things could change slightly due to road conditions and wind direction.  Pulling is always appreciated. 
    There will be GOOD STUFF after the ride
