Back for seconds!  Same ride/route as August 5th. We will begin with Jeremy's group and stay as long as we can. Please download the route and bring a friend to ride with if you drop.  There will be no formal second group, but dropped riders are encouraged to form into groups for effiency.   Quick stops around the corner of Ponquogue Bridge after Dune Rd, then at the end of Red Creek, and Pleasure Drive. Also a longer stop in Southampton, enough time to use the bathroom, buy a Gatorade or smoke a cigarette. Come on out and put your summer of training miles to the test.  As always, this is not a race, but a fast club ride with safety first.
