    Come on out for nice ride on the north fork.  Most of us will have ridden on Saturday so this is going to be a moderately paced ride with some opportunities to up the pace.  The ride will have 1 short scheduled rest, however, wait ups will be provided if necessary.  Let's go out for a nice ride and be home in time to spend the day with our families.
