    Meet at Stony Brook RR for hill repeats at Hollow Rd. Do as many as you like. This is open to all riding levels. You will not be dropped we will just ride down Hollow road and back up See Jack's post on the message boards under Bike topics for how to ride hill repeats Please call me to let me know that you are joining
