NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Meet in the Koh's plaza at the end by the Steakhouse. We will be visiting Poquot, Strongs Neck, Old Field and West Meadow beach. There are probably bathrooms at West Meadow Beach. If need be we can stop at Dunkin Donuts at mile 6 and the bagel store or CVS at mile 26. Bring a snack and water.

Our last stop is a beautiful pocket park in Westhampton Beach, and if you must, its a 30 second walk to the Beach Bakery.
COME ON THIS 18-22 MILE RIDE AT A 10.6-11.6 PACE. Newbies always welcome and well taken care of. Bring face covering, water and a snack if we do not stop as direction depends on the wind direction, tide, position of moon and leaders disposition. Nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 8:00am. PARK ON SOUTH SIDE OF RR IN LOT ACROSS FROM SCHOOL.

Join me for this early evening ride around Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there will not be a cue sheet for this ride. There should be plenty of daylight, but it is recommended that you wear bright/reflective clothing and have working lights on your bike. Please be prompt getting to the ride start, so we may depart on time. PARK on the North side of the train station East of Main Terminal.
Newbies always welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets dropped. This will be a C pace ride, which will average 11–12 (possibly faster or slower, depending on who is on the ride). We will be observing social distancing, etc., and you must have a face-covering with you. This ride has been known to stop Ice Cream trucks.
