NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

If you want to participate in this ride you must text me your SBRA#, and emergency and cell numbers, plus the date of the ride and your full name. I will text you, letting you know if you are in, or sorry, the ride is full. You must have a mask, and practice social distancing. You must read the SBRA rules that come after my ride description. To Netties for a snack! On the way we will explore Center Moriches.
Come out and join me for this ride from Bellport to the Smith Point Marina. We will make a bathroom stop at Weirtheim, then a quick stop at 7-11 for any snacks or beverages, then on to the Marina for our break.
This is a C+ ride which will average 12.6 - 13.0 (depending on the wind and the riders), we will be observing spacing rules, etc., and there will be cue sheets.

Join me for this scenic D ride, which will average 6 - 10 depending on the group. No one gets dropped. We will meander around some quiet back roads of East Islip, stop at the beach for a snack and bathroom break (bring your own snack). Then ride the Heckscher Park bike path where we will wind our way along the Great South Bay on our return leg to Timber Point Golf Course.Please bring water and a spare tube.
Any changes will be posted by 07:00am

Park in the first parking lot on the right, just after entering Timber Point Golf Course.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in.
