NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Sorry if this messed up your plans .... The winds will be blowing at 15 mph and the woods have wider trails then previous summers. We'll stick to the Intermediate trail ... text me at the cell # below with your name, member #, cell # and emergency contact. If I don't receive a text by 7:30 AM I'll be at the start but won't be early!
You won't recognize the green trail but we won't get lost!
You must have a mask on your person to do this ride but the trail will prevent drafting
Join me for this ride from Calverton, around Manorville, and then up to Wildwood Park. We will stop at the deli just outside the park and then decide whether to take our break right there, or to go into the park. This is a C+/B- ride, which will average 13.1 - 13.6, depending on the winds, etc. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there may not be a cue sheet for this ride.
NOTE #1: You must be a club member to go on club rides.
NOTE #2: rides at this time are limited to 6-8 riders. You MUST text me with your name & SBRA Member Number if you want to ride. I will return the text: YES, you have a spot…or…NO, Ride Filled...CELL #: 631-523-2129
Number of riders is limited to 8; so to be included in any of my rides, you must text 631-331-5642 with your name, your SBRA #, along with cell and emergency #s. If I already have your details just tell me which ride you want to be included on.
We will stop at Shoreham deli for a snack and then head south to return via Middle Island. A few hills en-route but nothing too dramatic.
