NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

SORRY, BUT THE RIDE IS NOW FULL!

Join me for this C+ ride, which will average 12.2 - 12.7. No one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. We will loop around Sayville and then head east to Corey Beach for a bathroom stop; our break will be around the corner at the Atlantic Avenue Deli. 

Park on the south side of the train station.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

NOTE #1: You must be a club member to go on club rides.

The route is failry flat except for a steep hill down to and out of Cedar Beach.  We will stop a Ralph's fishing station where they serve breakfast food, before the climb back out.

IF YOU COME OUT TO RIDE IN THIS TYPE OF WEATHER MAYBE ITS TIME TO SEE SOME PROFESSIONAL HELP!

COME ON THIS 18-22 MILE RIDE AT A 10.6-12 PACE. Newbies always welcome and well taken care of. Bring face covering, water and a snack if we do not stop as direction depends on the wind direction, tide, position of moon and leaders disposition. Nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 7:30am. PARK ON SOUTH SIDE OF RR IN LOT ACROSS FROM SCHOOL.
