NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Off to Quogue, with viewing stops including the Atlantic Ocean, scenic stops in Quogue, quick stop at the preserve, and main rest stop in a pretty pocket park in Westhampton Beach, located 30 seconds from the Beach Bakery. If you wish to join this ride, text me (Bill G. at 631-356-3036) your SBRA, cell and emergency numbers, your full name, and date of the ride. Park in the car park opposite the firehouse. We will make our way to Manorville and stop at Dunkin Donuts or McD's. No one dropped, not hilly, just rollers.
COME ON THIS 20-25 MILE RIDE AT A 10.6-12 PACE. Newbies always welcome and well taken care of. Bring face covering, water and a snack if we do not stop as direction depends on the wind direction, tide, position of moon and leaders disposition. Nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 7:30am. PARK ON SOUTH SIDE OF RR IN LOT ACROSS FROM SCHOOL.
Join me for this early evening 15-20 mile ride around Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there will not be a cue sheet for this ride. There should be plenty of daylight, but it is recommended that you wear bright/reflective clothing and have working lights on your bike. Please be prompt getting to the ride start, so we may depart on time. PARK on the North side of the train station East of Main Terminal.
Newbies always welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets dropped. This will be a C pace ride, which will average 11–12 (possibly faster or slower, depending on who is on the ride). We will be observing social distancing, etc., and you must have a face-covering with you. This ride has been known to stop Ice Cream trucks.
