NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

It should be a nice day so we're heading to the Beach (Beach Bakery in Westhampton).  Very scenic route with a short stretch on Dune Rd before hitting the bakery for 15 min hydration/food/rest room break.  No one gets dropped.

Today's Mi Tierrita ride will be going to the Beach.  The route is mostly flat with a small incline here and there.  The average pace for the ride will be between 14 to 15.0 mph, depending on the roads and wind direction. The road speed will be between 16.0 and 17.0 mph. The usual break-a-ways will happen for those who desire. We'll stop along the way for a bathroom break around mile 10. Don’t forget to bring a snack. Do you know what AGUAPANELA is? Come and find out.  Pulls are appreciated.

This will be the shorter version of the route. We will be going to Wertheim, taking a break there and then heading back. The road speed will be between 14 and 16mph. Faster, slower depending on the wind direction. We should come in with an average somewhere arount 13.7; maybe a tad higher or lower. At the end we can stop in at the resturant for some good stuff.

Any changes or cancellation will be posted by 0745 the morning of the ride. Any questions text me at 631.484.3490.

This C+ ride of 18-23 miles will average 11.5-12.5mph. Bring snack/hydration as route depends on wind, tide, position of moon and ride leaders disposition. Newbies welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 8:30am. No need to text, email, phone, send message by carrier pidgeon or smoke signal me. Just show up 15-20 minutes before ride start to get your s**t together.
