    Do Paul's ride Monday, Mike Adams' ride Tuesday, or join me this evening for the patented Stony Brook evening ride. Or do all three! Lots of rolling hills and some challenging ascents. Group will ride singe file and stay together. There will be a few breakaway areas. No one gets dropped. Pace will be slower than Paul and Mike. Expected average with the hills ... About 14-14.5. Temps will be in the 50's and falling before sunset.
