    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Ride out to Rocky Point and back to Stony Brook avoiding the hills of the North Shore. Relatively flat ride other than the hill going up to the railroad station on 25A in Stony Brook. Sheep Pasture Road is part of the ride also, but everyone seems to love riding that.

    Break will be at the McD's in Miller Place.

    Pace-line riding for most of the time.

    Any changes will be posted by 7am
