Join us for a 30 mile loop through Bellport, Brookhaven, Yaphank, Middle Island and back to Bellport. There are a few flat sections and a few hilly sections. There are about 4 regroups usually after the climbs. We try to maintain a steady reasonable pace on the flats and go for it on the hills then regroup. There is usually a fast flat section towards the end of the ride. You can find a map posted on the shop website.
