Practice makes perfect and hill practice is no exception. Start your preparation for the Blooming Metric and other hilly rides. We ride until dark.

Hill practice will occur on a weekly basis. This weeks ride is up and down Hollow Road, Stony Brook, a relatively gradual incline. As the weeks proceed, we progress to more challenging locations. Everyone rides at their own pace.
