    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Join me for a quick morning ride from Ronkonkoma to East Islip. We will take a break at the Timber Point Marina, where we can "use the facilities" and look out onto the bay. This is a structured B- ride which will average 13.8 - 14.0 (depending on the heat), with cue sheets and no one will be dropped.

    PLEASE NOTE: This ride leaves from the NORTH side of the RR Tracks; WEST of the train station, and past the bridge (we usually park on the gravel section).
