    www.weather.com forcast for 7/20/10: 83 degrees, 62% humidity, 10% chance of rain at 6:00pm and 30% chance of rain at 7:00pm. Compared with our weather of late, I'm defining their forcast as a "break-in-the-weather."

    www.sunrisesunset.com: Sunset/Twilight: 8:20pm/8:52pm. 30 miles is still do-able.

    Ride through Stony Brook, Setauket and Old Field: Country roads, water views, hilly terrain.
