    Come join me for a pre-ride of this new route (to me, anyway) for the 4th Annual Lobster Ride. This will be a B- pace (average 13.8 - 14.0), featuring some of Long Island's most beautiful coastline.

    Bring a snack, as I don't plan to have a food stop.
