Join Us for a CycleNY Advocacy Ride on Long Island (click here to register)

Join us Sunday, October 10, 2021 for the 6th annual CycleNY Long Island Ride to benefit the NY Bicycling Coalition (
The ride begins at the Stony Brookside Bed and Bike Inn, with 25 mile and 50 mile route options. Both routes boast scenic water views and the area's beautiful mostly lightly traveled back roads. The longer route option includes some more challenging hills.

Our host, The Stony Brookside Bed and Bike Inn will provide us with a place to launch our ride and return for refueling with food, rehydrating with North Fork wines and New York craft brews and to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow cyclists!

As you may know, NYBC is the only state-wide bicycle advocacy group working to keep NY roads safe for all cyclists. For example, NYBC has been working tirelessly on trying to pass a 3 foot passing law in NY and IT HAS NOW BEEN WRITTEN INTO LAW! We also have a robust statewide bike safety awareness and education program!

This ride is a way for us to meet other cyclists in our region, raise awareness of NYBC, grow membership and support, and to enjoy the beauty of Long Island's North Fork. There will be safety guidelines in regards to COVID. Face coverings, social distancing, hand sanitizing, etc.
