     I'm going to have to cancel - had my flu and covid shot yesterday, feel like a wet rag!

     

    Meet in the back of the car park for the trail.  The trail head is at the traffic lights just south of Port jeff LIRR.

    We will stop at Ralphs fishing station on the Cedar Beach road.  Hopefully it will still be open so we can get a coffee and or breakfast roll.  

    A fairly flat ride except for the climb out of Cedar Beach.  We'll return using the rail trail.

    Since I won't have my car I would appreciate knowing if anyone is joining me.  Please text 631 331 5642   If I don't hear from anyone by Wednesday evening I will probably cancel so check before you leave.
