FRI APR 3 – MON APR 6 LIBERTY TOUR OF WASHINGTON DC BY BIKE- An unforgettable trip, to our Nation’s Capitol, Washington DC. Ride along the C&O canal along the Potomac. Stop at scenic Great Falls then ride on into DC. Enjoy an amazing ride along the Potomac Tidal Basin past thousands of blossoming cherry trees. Ride past our Nation’s icons from the White House to the Capitol. Sunday on your own in Washington DC, the Smithsonian or a ride down to Mt Vernon. Monday return on the paved W & OD trail through the pastoral Virginia countryside to Leesburg for a return home on Monday. Expect to cycle from 30 to 45 miles per day. Shorter options available for those unable to take off Friday and Monday. Cost $175 lodging only, double occupancy non-smoking. Hlmets mandatory. Single rooms extra.
