It's a long weekend and a slightly longer ride will clear out all that guilt from the usual holiday barbecue over-consumption. We will make a loop from Manorville to Riverhead and over to the Shinnecock Canal, then head back through Hampton Bays (with an optional Starbucks stop) and Westhampton. We may push the pace to the upper B range but we start and finish as a group and no one gets dropped.
