    Take a mid day spin through Setauket, Old Field, Crane's Neck, West Meadow. Ww'll ride a moderate B pace (@ 14.5-15). Wait ups after hills.

    Note: Please park at the far end of the lot out from Home Goods, not near the Chase/Bethpage bank areas.
