    **TIME CHANGE TO 9:15AM**Join me for a ride thru Bellport and Patchogue this morning with an average pace between 13.8 and 14.5 mph. naturally, the road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. There will be a stop at Micky D's around mile 18. No one will be dropped. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 7:30AM if necessary.
