To all: We regret to inform you of the passing of a dear friend of ours. Bunny Monaco passed away the morning of Friday, July 25, 2014. She was 68 years old. Her husband, Ed, asked us to to pass this information along to her friends in SBRA. Bunny was a long time active member in the 90's and early 2000's. Bunny and Ed travelled back to LI several times a year and made it a point to spend times with her LI friends and family.
Bunny had scheduled surgery on Thursday for removal of her gall bladder; there were complications, but the surgery was completed. However, she was later moved to ICU after being in recovery. She went into cardiac arrest several times Friday morning and passed.
