I am new to the area and want to get back into riding. I haven't ridden in about 4 years but just got my road bike tuned up.  Previously I did about 15 to 16 mph.  I have no idea where I'm at now.  Do you have any suggestions about places to ride? Are there consistent trips out of stony brook? It mostly looks like I would have to drive 30 to 45 mins away for rides.  Really bummed the ride today was cancelled due to rain.
