My bike recently met a tragic demise on 347 westbound when, for reasons I still have yet to discover, my rear derailleur sheared in half and my chain broke. I'd like to think this was caused by the brute force of my Eddie Merckx-like pedal stroke, but I suspect that a mechanical failure is to blame. So, I'm now looking for some spare parts if anyone has them lying around that I could buy for a reasonable price.

I'm looking for:
1) 5600, 5700, 6600 or 6700 Ultegra long-cage rear derailleur (rear derailleur for 10-spd triple gearing)
2) Ultegra chain
and
3) rear 10-spd cassette (105 or ultegra)
4) rear 10-spd hub

If you have any of these and want to get rid of them, please let me know!
