I just registered for BBB on the Active.com site.
Active.com has no privacy opt-out for third party vendors, which means that they can sell all of the personal information you've provided to any outside vendors, advertisers, etc, at any time without any restrictions. This cannot be modified by an Active.com account holder.
The only way to opt-out is to cancel your Active.com account.
This is basically a "no privacy policy".
I would urge SBRA to consider a different vendor for BBB registration in the future, as any commercial website without an "opt-out" privacy provision has no respect for the preferences of account members and should not get our business.
