On my virtual rides I like to watch a you-tube video of a virtual bike ride on my laptop while being on my trainer. It gives me the sense of being on the road and viewing the scenery of the rider who created it.  If you like the idea, and wish to be on the same you-tube video, see the link below.  I'll be starting mine when we begin our virtual ride at 9am. I'll be muting the background sound.  The video is only 32 minutes but either repeats or jumps to a different one.
