Many of you have already experienced this, no doubt, but thought it was worth mentioning. Take care riding on Lower Sheep Pasture Road in Setauket, especially the section between Pond Path and Gnarled Hollow intersections. That section is difficult to sit through, there are so many pot holes and a good amount of sand on the sides of the road -- so you have a choice, bump along the pot holes or sink in the sand.
