Underway from Montova today. A short boat ride to our bike departure point and then 50 km. Hugo, our guide, ride leader, mechanic, sweep, etc turns out to be an ex-teacher who has the gift of imparting knowledge. He gave a short tour of Montova (a beautiful small city that has bikes, car and pedestrian co-existing ... and is a tourist town for Italians). More later today on our first day riding.
