SBRA SWAP MEET logistics

DATE: February 2, 2012
TIME: Upon the conclusion of the General Meeting. General meeting begins at 7:00 PM
LOCATION: New Village Community Center, http://www.sbraweb.org/?q=node/2
ADDRESS: 20 Wireless Road, Centereach, NY 11720

PRIOR TO THE MEETING:
a. Food and utensils are brought in around 6:30-6:45 PM and placed on the right side of the room, front view.
b. Bike shops: Instructed to set up displays on the periphery.
c. Members: Instructed to either set up on the periphery or hold-on to their goods.

GENERAL MEETING: As usual, starting around 7:00 PM followed by a short 3 minute film on winter bicycle clothing.

SWAP MEET: Each member or shop will be responsible for their own merchandise with SBRA taking no part with labeling, displays or dialog between members or between members and bike shops.
