I stopped into this relatively new shop (opened last autumn) during a solo ride last week. While I enjoyed my espresso and oatmeal raisin cookie, the owner struck up a conversation with me and told me that the city was going to be putting in bike racks across the street (right next to the water). She made it very clear that cyclists were welcome to come in any time, even if only to use the restroom and refill bottles. She said that she wouldn't demand we even buy anything (although I think it might be a good idea to do so), but that we should feel welcome to use her facilities.
