I just received an email about this ... sorry for the late notice .... this will be an amazing asset for cycling:
The Dog Park referenced is on south side of Rt 25 ... west of the Rt. 25 & Rt 25A split.

The Alternative Transportation Committee has schedule a meeting for this Friday, August 24, beginning at 10:30, at the Isaac Dog Park, located at EPCAL. Please note your calendars accordingly, as this is an additional meeting date added to the every other Friday pattern.
