I am looking to commute a couple days a week by bike. It will be about 15-17 mile trip (one way) depending on the route. My office is located at 490 Wheeler Rd (i.e. 111) in Hauppauge (just north of 495). I am wondering if any club members work in this area and have showering facilities in their office buildings or know of office buildings within a mile or so with showers. My building doesn't have them and this is the one thing that is holding me back from biking to work. I know I could do a "sink bath" but trust me...that just won't cut it for me. (And there are no fitness centers in close proximity - I already tried that option.)

Any tips or leads for finding a shower location would be appreciated!
