Suggestions For Ride Leaders Regarding Cue Sheets ....

One of the things I tell New Members when I call them is that there are sweeps on B, C and D rides and that they will receive a cue sheet just in case they need it. The Ride Leader Guidelines state: "Cue Sheets - Cue Sheets are required on all structured rides ...". I think new members appreciate that Ride Leaders are concerned about them and their status as new riders with SBRA. If you don't want to provide your own cue sheets to ALL the riders on your ride (I agree that most repeat riders don't really need them) then perhaps ask those new folks if they want one and cut down on the paper waste.

Another suggestion is to email your cue sheet to Brenda for posting on the website then include a link to the cue sheet when you post and suggest that folks print it out themselves.

If you can't provide cue sheets to new riders please let me know and I will be sure to caution New Members regarding this fact while attending your rides.

Also, in the past, a number of Ride Leaders would leave a cue sheet under the wiper blade on the back window of one of the rider's SUV, van or wagon... late arrivals could sometime latch on to the ride at a later time.
