My thought is to organize, now, regular "rides" that we can meet format a gym that has a spin class room not being used that day.
Several issues to be considered:
1: training level is irrelevant because members can ride at their own pace
2: training can be HR zone based or even Power meter based on some of the more advanced spin bikes
3: we need to secure facilities to be able to do this and not necessarily have the participants be members of that gym
4: we need several room leaders but it won't be as intense a Spin Class but more equivalent to riding in HR Zones with interval training, endurance, etc.
5: let's organize ASAP and see if we can begin to train now, via this method, for spring rides/events
